The three reflect learning experience that I have learn from
this program is to learn how
to develop a community
practice, learning of what goals that come with the community practice,
and networking and
learning from Dr. Dratt and my colleagues of
different resources and ideas
of my community practice.
My
long-term goal is to own and operate a high-quality childcare center that would
be in partnership with the Early Head Start program. I want
to help serve children and families
that are living in poverty, middle, high class, and children
with special needs. This will help
the effort of my community practice as parents, teachers,
children and families coming together
as one.
My farewell message to my instructor and colleagues is that is has been
a good
experience of
networking global with everybody around the world. You never know when we
will cross paths
again so I am not going to say “goodbye” I am going to say “see you later”.
I enjoyed the
learning experience from my instructor and my colleagues of learning about
different
resources, comments, advice, and ideas that will help of my field and
professional
development in
early childhood education.
A wordle that illustrates the experience/ learning in the MS ECS program
is
Passion- As a
teachers and an educator I believe you have to passion to work with children
in early childhood
education. You have provided that caring, nurturing, and love for the children.
I feel like it is a
passion that a teacher makes a difference in a child’s life.
My favorite quote is “ I focus on
supporting high-quality early childhood health care
and education. By
betting my resources on very young children, I know I’m making an
investment that
pays guaranteed dividends with a high rate of return”. J. B, Pritzer
