The three national/ federal organizations that appealed to
me are the Early and the Head Start
programs, and the NAEYC the Nation Association for the
Education for Young Children
and the Zero to Three : National Center for Infants,
Toddlers, and Families. These
organizations
appeal to me because of the these organization help families
with children in early childhood
education. These organizations provide resources for
teachers, parents, children, and families
for high quality childcare centers. At this time there are
no job opportunities that are available
but the Early Head Start Family Service Coordinator manger notify me that a job position would
will come available
if they pass this grant of next year for two Family Service Coordinator and
if I am interested that he would let me know and I should
apply. The qualification for this job is
you have at least one
year experience working with Early Head Start and their families a year
and a Bachelor’s degree related to early childhood
education. If they pass this grant than I will
apply for the job.
Hi Shartarka,
ReplyDeleteI agree that all of these organization are working for the best interest of the children and families. What other positions would you be interested in with the other two organizations if they had an opening? I did not think to look into the Early Head Start program, I will do some research on the job opportunities in my area.
Anything that fits my experience and education. I work in the classroom but I am getting kind of tire I want to explore my options outside the classroom. Shonda where are you from and I sure will appreciate in you do some research of the job opportunities.
ReplyDeleteIf you are in the early childhood field I cant imagine anyone not knowing about Zero to Three. That organization has so many great things that helps educators. Early and Head Start is one organization that I don't know enough about. I have seen this organization been mention on previous assignments but never really did any research on it so thanks for sharing.
